\nAs the new General Data Protection Regulation is coming into force soon, we update our Privacy Policy in order to comply with the new data protection requirements.
\nThis Privacy Policy sets forth our policy in relation to personal and other information collected from users of the website SIGEN (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy is the integral part of the Terms and Conditions and governs collection, processing and use of your personal and certain other information.
\nAll capitalized terms used in the Terms shall apply to this Privacy Policy with the same meanings as in the Terms.

\nSIGEN does not collect personal information beyond the limited data we need for you to perform our Services to the user.

This information is aggregated to provide statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not personally identify individuals.
\nWe will only collect and process personal data about you where we have lawful bases. Lawful bases include consent (where you have given consent), contract and “legitimate interests”.
